The 2024 Supertri starts in Boston. How to follow the test live?
The Supertri, (Old Super League Triathlon) will kick off its 2024 season this coming 18 August en Boston (USA)
La Super League Triathlon en Boston promises to be spectacular, where the test will begin and end in DCR Carson Beach, along with the historical McCormack Bath House.
Enduro race format
For the 2024 season, all competitions will be held under the demanding format Enduro.
This format is known for its extreme difficulty, as the races consist of a continuous series of disciplines: a 300-meter swim, followed by a 4-kilometer bike ride, and finally a 1.6-kilometer run.
This process is repeated thrice without rest and we must take into account a key aspect of the Enduro, elimination. Any triathlete who is more than 90 seconds behind the leader will be disqualified.
The system Short Chutes adds a tactical element, rewarding those first to reach the assembly line at the end of each stage. Three Short Chutes will be awarded this year, adding even more strategy and excitement to the event.
Super League Triathlon 2024 calendar
The league is designed to challenge athletes at various levels, and the event in Boston is no exception. The Super League Triathlon includes five events for 2024:
- August 18: Boston
- August 25: Chicago
- September 8: London
- 6 October: Toulouse
- November 3: NOS
