Interesting facts to keep in mind for the Sub7Sub8

This coming Sunday will take place what is sure to be the challenge of the year, the sub7sub8 where 4 triathletes will try to make history by going down from 7 and 8 hours in the Ironman distance

The selected athletes, who will be helped by 10 "Pacemakers" are Kristian Blummenfelt, Joe Skipper, Nicola Spirig and Kat Matthews.

For the race, where they have been made predictions about the time that the triathletes will perform will have to take into account these data such as the better the rhythm in the distance, pace they would have to take to beat the clock at 7 and 8 o'clock and we even have a ccomparison with professionals in each discipline (swimming, cycling and marathon)
