For professional athletes
The professional and high level athletes will be able to do individual workouts in outdoor spaces, without time limit and always within the province where they reside.
Professionals may be accompanied by a coach, provided the safety distance is kept.
Those who practice modalities of adapted or Paralympic sport may be accompanied by another person / athlete.
The athletes integrated into the sports clubs that participate in professional leagues will also be able to carry out individual training sessions at the facilities of the clubs
Federated athletes
They will be able to train 2 times a day,
But always fulfilling the time slot and travel limitations within your municipality
- Morning hours: 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Late afternoon hours: 20:00 p.m. to 23:00 p.m.
You can NOT use the vehicle to go sports
General sport, limited 1 time a day and in time slots
The general and individual sports activity may be carried out once a day between 6:00 am and 10:00 am or between 20:00 pm and 23:00 pm.
These time bands will not apply to those municipalities equal to or less than 5.000 inhabitants, where you can train between 6:00 and 23:00.
Those people who need to go out accompanied by reasons of need and people over 70 years old can practice individual sport and walk between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm and between 19:00 pm and 20:00 pm.
People over 70 years old can go out accompanied by a person living between 14 and 70 years old.
