The Villa de Madrid Duathlon will tour the center of Madrid.

One of the most important duathlon events in the Community of Madrid, the Duathlon Villa of Madrid Organized by Laetus, it changes its location this year and will be in the center of the capital.

Other years the test has been held at the Casa de Campo but in the 2023 edition the test will be located in the Colon Square.

In addition, duathletes will be able to compete for the Paseo de la Castellana, where the running and cycling circuit will take place.

It is held in standard Sprint and Duathlon distance (10/40/5), being the Madrid Championship of this last distance.

Dates

The Villa de Madrid Duathlon will take place on March 5, 2023 with the central area in Plaza de Colón.

Distances

• SPRINT: 5 km on foot, 20,8 km by bike and 2,5 km on foot.
• DUATLÓN: 10 km on foot, 41,4 km by bike and 5 km on foot. This test will be the Madrid Championship.

A popular test

Participation is open to all types of athletes, federated or not, from the JUVENILE category (born in 2004 and 2005) in the Sprint distance, and from the JUNIOR category in the 10/40/5 distance.

The cycling route is on asphalt, a circular circuit along the Paseo de la Castellana, being able to participate with a mountain or road bike in the sprint distance and only road in the Duatlon distance (10-40-5).
