The return of "Las Annas"

Next Sunday 4 of October we will have two great joys, the returns of "Las Annas": Anna Noguera and Anna Rovira

Anna Noguera It has been several months with problems of injuries that have not allowed him to train in conditions or practically compete. He took the exit in the past Cto. of IM 70.3 in Wiesbaden (Germany) but had to retire, so the last race that ended was the Cto. from Spain MD in Valencia, at the end of June where he got a fantastic silver medal.

This Sunday he returns "to the load" in the triathlon of Media distancia NaruteMan, in the French town of Les salles sur Verdon. The competition consists of swimming 2k in the lake of Sainte-Croix, then 92 hard km of cycling around the lake, circuit with several positions and a total of more than 1300m of positive elevation. Finally the running race consists of 20km divided into 2 laps, a long 16,5 km and a short 3,5.

Meanwhile Anna Rovira will compete in the IM of Barcelona. Anna arrives a bit of preparation just as she told us but with a lot of desire to compete in the IM at home and to do well in front of all her people.  

A few weeks ago in the IM of Vichy (France) he had to retire due to some digestive problems when he was in 5ª position. We also want to remember that in June he played the IM of Nice where he got a great 5ª place in "The Cathedral" of the IM. The IM of Barcelona is disputed in the town of Calella, with a swim of 3,8 km in the Mediterranean Sea followed by 180km plains by the N-II and finally the race on foot will be 4 turns to a circuit also flat between Calella and Pineda of Sea until completing the 42,2 km.

From Triatlonnoticias we want to send many cheers to both Anna Noguera and Anna Rovira and wish them the best this weekend in their respective competitions.
