With 'M.etódico', the first of the episodes, we started the journey. Mario confesses that “in triathlon you have to be comfortable with repetition, with doing the same thing every week.
Anyone who expects something very different is better than changing sports, so being a perfectionist, methodical and disciplined person is very helpful ”.
