Paris has witnessed an unforgettable day for Spanish triathletes at the Paralympic Games. Four medals, two gold, one silver and one bronze, have crowned the performance of our athletes, confirming the excellent moment that Paralympic Triathlon is experiencing in Spain.

A day later than planned, due to the postponement of the event due to the poor quality of the water in the Seine for swimming, the triathletes were able to compete in an incomparable setting in the centre of Paris.

Dani Molina once again demonstrated his supremacy in the PTS3 category, a crushing victory that consolidates him as the best in the world!

Susana Rodríguez, The Galician who has revolutionized the Paralympic Triathlon, won the gold medal in the PTVI category, along with her guide Sara Pérez. The pair produced an impeccable race, demonstrating their synchronisation and leaving their rivals more than two minutes behind.

For Susana, with a visual acuity of 5% in one eye and 7% in the other as a result of albinism, this is her second gold at the Paralympic Games after the one she won three years ago in Tokyo 2020 with Sara Loehr.

Marta French, A Paralympic Games debutant, she took silver in the PTS4 category. The Madrid native demonstrated a great ability to adapt to the pressure of competition, finishing the event with an exceptional time.

Nil Riduavets, Another of the competition's debutants, he won a bronze medal in the PTS4 category. The Balearic athlete, who has recently joined the Paralympic Triathlon, has demonstrated an innate talent for the discipline, positioning himself as a promise for the future.

After spending some time away from the world of sport, in 2022 he managed to overcome his fears and decided to take part in the Paralympic Triathlon World Cup in A Coruña, where he achieved first place and regained the desire to compete at the highest level.
