Europe wins The Collins Cups

Today one of the most awaited events of the year was held in Samorin (Slovakia), The Collins CupOrganized by the PTO.

It's a competition type to the Ryder Cup of Golf, where the teams from Europe, USA and International face each other in search of the prestigious title.

In total there have been six races of 3 women and another six of 3 men, with differentiated departures of 10 minutes between each one.

The distance in which they have competed has been 2 km swimming, 80 km running bike and 18 km of running.

Punctuation in Spanish

The winner of each Match got 3 points, the second 2 points and the third 1 point.

But to this was added a possible bonus, since each margin of 2 minutes to their opponents could be obtained 0,5 points up to a maximum of 1,5 extra points (Up to 6 minutes of difference).

Europe has achieved 8 victories that would give 24 direct points, the international team 4 cwith 12 direct points and USA no victory with 0 points.
