A 27-year-old runner dies after suffering a cardiac arrest in the Behobia-San Sebastian

The organization of the race Behobia-San Sebastian has published terrible news on his social networks, the death of a runner who had participated in the competition.

Hector, a 27-year-old teacher, fainted while competing and was rushed to the hospital where he was admitted to the ICU.

Local media indicate that vanished with 6 kilometers to go, where he was treated, although he spent more than 1 minute at a standstill, which has been fatal for the runner.
