Geraint Thomas will go to IRONMAN when he retires from cycling

The British cyclist says he will compete in IRONMAN when he retires.

In an interview conducted in babbittville, the 33-year-old British cyclist says he will compete in IRONMAN when he retires.

Geraint Thomas He has been a professional for 14 years and has been 2 times world champion on the road, 5 times on the track, twice Olympic gold and winner of the Tour de France in 2018.

He is currently in the INEOS team and is a favorite for the Tour de France 2020 in a team that could be Geraint Thomas, Chris Froome or Egan Bernal among others.

“When I retire from cycling I will definitely go to IRONMAN.”

He also comments that he would like to debut at IRONMAN Wales, since the cycling segment is tough and would favor him in the overall test.

At the moment, he has no intention of retiring, but when the time comes, we could see the British flying in the cycling segments in each IROMAN that participates.
