The triathlete of Almendralejo and the island imposed their law in a test that combined rain, wind, sun and cold and that did honor to the award of 'Best sporting event of the year' granted days before CD Iberman.

Another of the favorites, and the big bet Lusa, Pedro Gómez, held Pakillo up to the 5 Km of the race, a point that had to be abandoned due to physical problems.

In the female category, María Jesús Sierra made it clear that she is the real queen of the Iberman. The triathlete of the Trialandalus Mijas achieved his third consecutive title with a brand of 04: 34: 50, exceeding in more than seven minutes a Jenny Moetefindt (Tri Marbella Bike Aquarena), which did 04: 42: 00. Third was Maricruz Palma, from CD Sohail, with 04: 44: 46.
