Iron Cowboy finishes 100 Ironman in 100 days

The Canadian triathlete has once again broken his own record

James Lawrence, known as Iron cowboy has done it again, a few hours ago he finished at Timpanogos High School in Orem (Utah) his 100th race over distance Ironman in 100 consecutive days, the one who called the Conquer 100.

The effort with which he has culminated these 100 races doubles your previous record from 2015 when he completed 50 Ironmans in 50 days in 50 different states.

Lawrence, originally from Calgary, lives in Utah, where he completed the 100 Ironman distance races

"“If someone said they would do that for a quarter of a year, I’d say that’s a long time,” he said shortly after finishing, addressing the large crowd. “I can’t believe we’re here today.”

“People ask me what I get out of this,” he continued. “For me it was community, friendships, camaraderie, laughter,” he commented.
