- Race on foot: To finish, the triathletes will have to complete a 42,2 km foot race, divided into three laps from the centre of Cascais to Cabo Raso.
IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal-Cascais: An accessible option
For those looking for a lesser but equally exciting challenge, the IRONMAN 70.3 Portugal-Cascais will be held on the same day.
This medium-distance version includes a 1,9 km swim, a 90 km bike ride and a 21,1 km run, covering part of the same landscapes as the Full IRONMAN.
The IRONMAN 70.3 is an excellent alternative for triathletes who want to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Cascais without taking on the full distance.
