Jonathan Brownlee debuts in middle distance at IRONMAN 70.3 Cascais

The triple Olympic medalist Jonathan Brownlee (silver in Rio, bronze in London and gold in mixed relays in Tokyo) has chosen the Portuguese town of Cascáis to debut in the middle distance.

He will do it this weekend at the IRONMAN 70.3 Cascais, the same day that the IRONMAN California is disputed with Frodeno, Sanders and Iden.

Among the professionals who are in the test stand out in addition to the British Magnus ditlev , Casper Stornes, Jan Stratmann, Sam Laidlow o Bart Aernouts  among others.

In the women's event they stand out Nikki Bartlett, Lucy Hall, India Lee o Kimberley Morrison.

The test is held on Sunday, October 24 and will begin at 10:00 AM (09:00 in Spain)
