Judith Corachán injured 

triathlete Judith Corachán has confirmed on his social networks that he was injured in the last Spanish Long Distance Championship while competing and ran the marathon with discomfort.

Judith was second in the test and got the title of Champion of Spain Long Distance 2021

Judith has a myotendinous rupture of the semimembranosus with myofascial bleeding that will take 4-6 weeks to recover.

This is what he posted on Instagram

🔳DIAGNOSIS: Myotendinous rupture of the semimembranosus with myofascial bleeding

🔺 RECOVERY: 4-6 weeks

🔻CAUSE: Just when starting the descent of San Grau in 140.6inn, a strong discomfort appeared in the back of the right knee that made me believe that I could not even run.

🔹OBJECTIVE: to recover the best and as soon as possible !!!
