Kristian Blummenfelt wins the Clash Daytona

Norwegian triathlete Kristian Blummenfelt has not disappointed and has achieved victory in the clash daytona with a comeback in the running segment.

The competition that began at 19:30 Spanish time, in the nation Ben Kanute was the first to come out of the water in a stretched group with Blummenfelt at 12 seconds and Ditlev at 36.

In the cycling segment in the first kilometers a group of 6 units was formed in 1 minute difference with Kanute, Ditlev, Blummenfelt, Berg, Davis and McMahon

Throughout the laps, Magnus Ditlve increased his gap, reaching T2 with a 2:23 lead over Blummenfelt and Berg.

In the race on foot, the Norwegian showed his great quality and was cutting time from Ditlev until he overtook him at kilometer 11 of the segment.

From there Blummenfelt went on alone to get the victory in a time of 3:08:31. Second has been Magnus ditlev (3: 10: 08) and third Rudy von berg (3: 11: 29)

In the women's event, the victory was for Jacky Hering with a time of 3: 32: 50 followed by Lucy Hall (3: 33: 13) and for Marjolaine Pierre (3: 34: 38) in third position.

The Spanish Sara Pérez competed in the test but she has retired in the cycling segment.
