The Galician triathlete Saleta Castro has created this charity project to help the special employment center Ponce de León in Madrid, where is a reference in the education of deaf people and the integration of people with other disabilities.
The Center is organized into three areas that serve different needs: Educational Center, Occupational Center and Special Employment Center where it has already received numerous awards and recognitions.
Saleta presents the agenda «Where your thoughts go, your steps go».
A sports agenda is a good tool to keep all our activities up to date. Have a control of objectives, level of fatigue, weekly volumes and why not? take a look back and see our progression from time to time.
It will also help you to motivate yourself when you have some small bump and will motivate you to come back stronger. I am very excited to work on this great project, first and most importantly, for its solidarity with the Special Employment Center, Ponce de León.
Preparing this agenda is a way to help them raise funds. In addition to being responsible for the agenda to see the light.
And second because it is an agenda we have prepared with love and a second goal ... Let us all set goals, organize ourselves, motivate ourselves, take care of ourselves and start practicing sport in an easy and healthy way.
