The FETRI creates the Individual Triathlon Time Trial Championship for age groups
Only age groups can compete
Yesterday the Spanish Federation of Triathlon (FETRI), announced several new features, on the one hand the launch of the new Pro tour circuit, where 80 selected triathletes will compete in the different Championships of Spain and the creation of Spanish Championship Triathlon Individual Time Trial for Age groups.
It will be played together with the Grand Final of the tour Pro tour, the 19 and 20 of October (venue yet to be confirmed) Sprint distance and only in category of age groups, a competition that surely attracts many athletes. The regulations of this competition are not yet available.
Regarding the new project Pro tour will be reserved for the 40 male athletes and 40 female athletes, who have obtained a place in the two Spanish Triathlon Championships, in addition to any of the international triathletes who are regular World Cups y SWorld eries that will come as guests.
In a new project by the FETRI to achieve a circuit of the highest competitive level and organizational with the goal of reaching TV through the agreements reached with LaLigaSports.
