Leonie Beck confirms her participation in the Cascais Swim GP crossing
The elite of open water swimming meet in Portugal
El Cascais Swim Grand Prix, one of the most prestigious events on the international open water swimming circuit, has announced the participation of the German champion and Olympic swimmer Leonie Beck in the 5 kilometer test that will be held on September 22.
Beck has won several medals at the World Swimming Championships in 5K and 10K distances between 2019 and 2023 and was fifth in the 10K in Tokyo.
She is currently one of the favorites for medals at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Places available for the 10 kilometer journey
In addition to the 5 kilometer test, the Cascais Swim GP offers a 10 kilometer swim for those swimmers looking for a greater challenge.
The organization has announced that there are still places available for this test, so it encourages those interested to register as soon as possible.
