Time freedom for sports is already allowed in municipalities with less than 10.000 inhabitants

After it was announced last week today, Friday, it was published in the BOE, the order  SND / 427/2020, of May 21 that applies various flexibility measures for municipalities with less than 10.000 inhabitants.

They will have to fulfill 2 conditions

The measure that takes effect today Friday, affects municipalities with less than 10.000 inhabitants and with a population density of less than 100 inhabitants per km2 that are in territorial units in phase 0 and 1 are eligible for some of the measures planned for phase 2.

Thus There will be no time limits for children's outings or for outdoor sports.

Sport in the municipal area or up to 5 kilometers

The activities that are allowed can be practiced in the municipality or, failing that, to one dmaximum distance of five kilometers, including adjacent municipalities, as long as they are within the scope of this order and belong to the same territorial unit of reference.

What the BOE publishes

Article 3. Displacement of the child population and practice of non-professional physical activity.

1. The planned time slots will not apply in Order SND / 370/2020, of April 25, on the conditions in which the displacement by the child population during the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, and Order SND / 380/2020, of April 30, on the conditions under which it can be carried out outdoor non-professional physical activity during the crisis situation caused by COVID-19.

2. In the case of displacements by under 14 years, the adult limit will not apply responsible and up to three children included in article 3.1 of Order SND / 370/2020, of April 25, on the conditions in which displacement by the child population must take place during the health crisis caused by COVID -19, being able to carry out these displacements all the cohabitants in the same domicile.

3. Such activity it can be practiced in the municipal area or, failing that, to a maximum distance of five kilometers, including adjacent municipalities, as long as they are within the scope of this order and belong to the same territorial unit of reference.
