But with the new Order SND / 414/2020 published on May 16, which will come into force as of next Monday, May 18, modifies some previous orders that affect athletes, in addition to regulating the Phase 2

What does it say about Federated athletes?

Federated athletes will be able to train twice a day between  between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and between 20:00 p.m. and 23:00 p.m., and within the limits of the province in which they have their residence.

To carry out these trainings, if necessary, said athletes will be able to freely access those natural spaces in which they must carry out their sports activities such as the sea, rivers, or reservoirs, among others.

However, if animals are involved in the sport practiced, the practice can be done outdoors, individually, in the place where they stay, by appointment, and during the same period of time. "

What about high-level, high-performance athletes?

As for high-level and high-performance athletes, this reflex modification

"Article 8. Professional athletes and qualified athletes of high level and high performance.

  1. Professional athletes, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1006/1985, of June 26, which regulates the special employment relationship of professional athletes, and athletes qualified by the Higher Sports Council as top athletes level or of national interest, as well as those qualified by the autonomous communities as high-performance athletes may carry out training individually and outdoors, within the limits of the province in which the athlete resides.

For that:

  1. a) They may freely access, if necessary, those natural spaces in which they must carry out their sporting activities, such as the sea, rivers, or reservoirs, among others.
  2. b) They may use the necessary sports equipment and equipment

The development of training and the use of the material must be carried out, in any case, maintaining the corresponding social distancing and hygiene measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, indicated by the health authorities. "
