Mario Mola wins the Beijing International Triathlon

The Balearic triathlete Mario Mola, continues to extend his season by competing in various sprint, super sprint and Olympic distance events

This time it has been in Beijing (China) where it has been imposed in the Beijing International Triathlon over olympic distance. Carolina Routier has also participated in this test.

The test has had many of the stars of the World Series such as Mola, Duffy or Hall among others.

Mario has won with a time of 1: 56: 01 followed by Eric Lagerstrom (1: 57: 18) and for Sam Ward (1: 59: 19) in third position

His times in the partials have been the following:

  • Swimming: 16: 53 (1 average: 08 min / 100m)
  • Cycling: 58: 57 (average of 40,7 km / h)
  • Race on foot: 35: 15 (average of 3: 32 min / km)

Flora Duffy takes the victory

In the women's event, the victory went to Flora Duffy with a time of 2: 04: 54, followed by Lucy Hall (2: 06: 52) and for Non Standford (2: 08: 43) occupying the third final position. Carolina Routier it was fifth

Mario Mola, after having won the ITU World runner-up, participated in the Super League Triathlon in Jerseywhere he was seventh and last weekend in the ProTour in Pontevedra, where the victory took.
