Mediterranean Triathlon will return in 2022

The Valencian Triathlon Federation has published in its web page that this 2021 the circuit of the Mediterranean Triathlon 2021.

La instability of the health situation has been the main reason for not celebrating the circuit in this edition.

The Mediterránea Triathlon brand means holding popular tests, for all audiences, with distances from supersprint and very different modalities such as relays or pairs.

In addition, at the present time, with the restrictions imposed by the Community by Covid-19, the number of participants has been limited to 150 people per outing, which makes holding all these tests unfeasible.

Triathlon events will be held at the 3 venues

Although the circuit is not disputed Yes, the triathlon events will be held in the 3 venues (Castellón, Valencia and Alicante), assuming the regulations indicated by Health, as was done after the confinement last year.

Mediterranean Calendar 2021 Triathlon

• Castellón Triathlon (July 4th)
• Valencia Triathlon (September 25,26)
• Alicante Triathlon (October 23 and 24)

Valencia host of the European Trialton Championship

This year the Valencia test will also host the European Triathlon Championship which will be held on September 25 and 26 in elite category and age groups.

The circuit will return in 2022

The Mediterranean Triathlon organization has decided to resume the popular triathlon circuit of the Valencian Community in the season 2022.

In addition, Mediterránea Triathlon does not stop their activity and during this season they will return with training plans, meetings, weekend Stage and especially with the promotion of triathlon practice.

From the organization of Mediterránea Triathlon they thank all the triathletes who year after year trust our events to enjoy the triathlon.
