Less than 100 days for Club La Santa Ironman Lanzarote
Today more than 1.500 triathletes will participate in the test
Exactly 93 days remain until the 27th edition of one of the most important races in the world. calendar international long distance, the Club La Santa Ironman Lanzarote which will be held on May 26.
The swimming tour takes place in Playa Grande, in Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist center of the island. The test consists of two rounds, separated by a small foot path on the beach before starting the second round.
The route of the bike, true challenge for athletes for their strong winds, takes the athlete across the island reaching a total height of 2.551 meters. The athletes will enjoy incredible views and will be assisted by volunteers throughout the journey.
Lastly, the course of the race consists of three laps and it runs along the promenade, Avenida de las Playas, in Puerto del Carmen. Under the intense sun of Lanzarote the runners will enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean while receiving the applause and the incredible support of thousands of spectators along the route.
