The test had its classic format of 1800 m of swimming, 60 km of cycling and 12 km of running. 

Yesterday one of the triathlons with more "tradition" in our country, the XXIV, was held in the city of Pálmaces. Pámaces Triathlon , where as usual in the test had a great list of output.

In the men's test, Miguel Ángel Fidalgo He gave the surprise and won the big favorite Gustavo Rodriguez who finished second and third from Madrid Dani Mugica

In the female category there were no surprises and Gurutze Frades got the victory followed by Mabel Galalrdo for the Olympic triathlete Zuriñe Rodriguez occupying the third final position.
