Náutico de Narón and Cidade de Lugo Fluvial, champions of the day

In the First Division of the Spanish Triathlon Championship for Relays/Couples, the Galician clubs Náutico de Narón (feminine) and Cidade de Lugo Fluvial (male) took the win.

Náutico de Narón won the women's category with a time of 59:29, being the only team to go under an hour.

In the men's category, Cidade de Lugo Fluvial was proclaimed champion with a total time of 51:30.

Spanish SuperSprint Triathlon Championship

On Saturday afternoon, spectators enjoyed the Spanish SuperSprint Triathlon Championship for Clubs, with qualifying series and exciting finals.

On Sunday it will be the turn of the national SuperSprint 2 × 2.

Observation of competitions by authorities of Mérida and Shima

Antonio Rodríguez Osuna, Mayor of Mérida, accompanied his counterpart from Shima, Japan, Masayoshi Hashizume; the president of the Spanish Triathlon Federation, José Hidalgo; and the General Director of Sports of the Junta de Extremadura, Dan de Sande, during the visit to the competitions.
