Candidate Profile and Requirements
To qualify for the position, the Spanish Federation of Triathlon looking for candidates who have a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences or that they are Level III Triathlon Coaches.
In addition, it is important that the candidate has experience working with training platforms, such as Training Peaks o WKO5, essential tools for planning and monitoring athletes' progress.
Previous experience as a coach, particularly with young athletes, and the ability to work in a team are also valued.
Other desirable requirements include having a working knowledge of English, given that interaction with international athletes and coaches is common, and having basic mechanical skills for the maintenance and adjustment of sports equipment.
