Lanzarote, ready to host the Club La Santa IRONMAN 70.3 on October 9

The Club La Santa IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote is back after the suspension of the event in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Registration is open until September 26 and hundreds of triathletes have already confirmed their participation.

One month for the test

Exactly one month after the event, this morning a press conference was held at the Club La Santa facilities, attended by Fabio Cabrera, Director of Racing and Head of Sports at the hotel and sports complex; Manuel López, general director of Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands; Francisco Javier Aparicio, Minister of Sports, Security and Emergencies of the Cabildo de Lanzarote; Óscar Noda, mayor of Yaiza; and Ingrid Arning, triathlete who will participate in the test.

At the Club La Santa IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote, participants will face 1,9 kilometers swimming, 90 kilometers on the bicycle and will finish with 21,1 kilometers of running.
