The Preview of the Club La Santa IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote

This coming Saturday, March 18, it will be held in Playa Blanca a new edition of the Club La Santa IRONMAN 70.3 Lanzarote.

The test to be held at the medium distance format will have the presence of 100 professional triathletes where the IRONMAN world champion stands out Anne Haug.

This year 6 slots (3 men/3 women) are offered for the 70.3 World Cup in Lahti, Finland to be held in August 2023.

Multiple winners at the starting line

In the male category, triathletes such as Daniel Bækkegard, winner in 2021, and who comes to the test after being third in the Clash Miami last week.

Another winner of the test also stands out, the Belgian Pieter Heemeryck which rose to the top in 2016.

Other triathletes to consider are Thomas Davis, Andrew Horsfall-Turner among others.

As for the Spanish we find Jordi Montraveta , Julen Ten and Francis of Peace in the start list.

In the women's event the great favorite is Anne Haug, a resident of Club La Santa who will seek his third victory in the event.

In addition there will be triathletes like the British Kat matthews and Emma Pallant-Browne, India Lee

Regarding the Spanish presence Anna Noguera will be our only representative.

The test will distribute 25.000 dollars in prizes as follows:

It will also grant points for the PTO Ranking, since the test is in the Silver category.
