Everything ready for the first edition of the ICAN Triathlon Alicante

This Sunday, April 3, the first edition ofICAN Triathlon Alicante in medium distance format that will have a good presence of PRO triathletes.

In the female category they will be as favorites Gurutze Frades, 5 times champion of Spain LD, 4 times finisher in Kona and with a time of less than 9 hours in IRONMAN.

Saleta Castro She will also be on the starting line, the Galician has been Top 11 5 times in IRONMAN tests and this year she will focus on long distance again.

In the male category stands out Peru Alfaro, 2 times champion of Spain LD, bronze in the European Championship LD, and with several podiums in IRONAMAN.

ICAN Triathlon Alicante is disputed on the MD-format with 1.900 meters of swimming. 89,4 km of cycling and 21 km of running where the start will be at Postiguet Beach and the finish line will be located at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento

The test will be Autonomous Championship of MD, Autonomous Aquabike Championship and will score for MD National Ranking
