Yokohama Triathlon World Series Preview

La Triathlon World Series llegan to Yokohama this Saturday for the second of eight stops this year (including the Paris test event), which will decide the 2023 world champions in Pontevedra at the end of September.

After the first sprint distance event in Abu Dhabi, now it's time to two consecutive Olympic distance competitions, with 1.000 points at stake in Japan and, in two weeks, in Cagliari, Italy.

In the men's competition stands out the absence of Alex Yee, winner in Abu Dhabi, although he will be  Kristian Blummenfelt, Martin Van Rielo Morgan Pearson,

In addition, it will be necessary to take into account Basque Vilaça who will take the number one of the WTCS, after his second place in Abu Dhabi.

You will also have to watch Henri Schoeman , Leo Bergere , Dorian Coninx, Tom Richard or to the Spanish Roberto Sánchez y Antonio Serrat among others

With Flora Duffy still absent due to injury, WTCS Yokohama will be wide open, with athletes taking the opportunity to continue racking up championship points.
