As every year, the Castilian-Manchego test presents an exit list with some of the best triathletes in Spain in both male and female categories.

This coming Saturday 22 of July will be celebrated the XXIV edition of Triathlon of Pálmaces, with its classic format of 1800 m of swimming, 60 km of cycling and 12 km of running on foot. As it always does with a luxury sign, you could say it's like a "Spanish Championship away Pálmaces"

In the men's category, the winner of the last edition stands out with the number 1 Gustavo Rodríguez Also will be the several times winner in Pálmaces Moving away Santamaría and other great triathletes aspiring to the podium as the international Ramon Ejeda, the olympic Omar Tayara, Miguel Ángel Fidalgo, Dani Múgica or Aimar Aguirresarobe.

For its part in the female category Gurtuze Frades is the main favorite, along with Paula García Godino, Mabel Gallardo, Sonia Bejarano and the Olympic Zuriñe Rodríguez.

The test will start the 16: 30 from the Pálmaces reservoir, with a unique output from the participating 229.
