T100 Singapore 2025 men's starlist released

Antonio Benito-López will be the Spanish representative in the long-awaited T100 in Singapore

Next Sunday, April 5, Marina Bay in Singapore will be the scene of the first T100 Triathlon World Tour of the 2025 season, an event that brings together the best international triathletes.

Among the 18 confirmed participants there is only one Spanish representative, Antonio Benito-Lopez, who will seek to demonstrate his level in a test that will bring together the main figures of world triathlon.

Marten Van Riel: the big favourite

The Belgian Marten Van Riel, current number one in the ranking PTO and world champion of the T100 of last year, heads a luxury cast that ensures intense competition from the very beginning.

Van Riel arrives in Singapore under the pressure of defending his title and maintaining his dominance against top-level rivals.

Hayden Wilde, from the Olympics to the T100

One of Van Riel's biggest challenges will undoubtedly be the New Zealander Hayden Wilde, Olympic medalist in Paris 2024, who makes his debut in the T100.

Wilde has openly expressed his desire to compete over this longer distance and once again challenge Van Riel, his long-time rival.

Youri Keulen seeks to defend his title

The dutch Youri Keulen, last year's winner In the T100 in Singapore, Keulen does not want to easily give up the crown he won last year in a dramatic finale. Remembered for collapsing after crossing the finish line victorious, Keulen has intensified his preparation in search of repeating the success.

Other triathletes to consider

Among the participants also stand out: Jelle Geens, who last year was the only one able to beat Van Riel, and the American Morgan Pearson, who has been the protagonist of an intense media rivalry with Geens himself. Both triathletes arrive at the race eager to show who is in charge.

Likewise, the New Zealander Kyle Smith, runner-up of the circuit in 2024, and the popular American Sam long, famous for their spectacular comebacks, will not be left behind in the fight for the title.

Antonio Benito-López: aim to shine in the international elite

Spain will have its representative in the figure of Antonio Benito-Lopez, who arrives motivated and willing to rub shoulders with the best of world triathlon in a year that has a contract with the PTO.

Benito will look to prove in Singapore that he is ready to compete at the highest level, facing the biggest names in international sport.

Upcoming T100 events in 2025

The T100 series will tour several cities around the world after its debut in Singapore, with notable stops in San Francisco, Vancouver, France, London, Valencia, Lake Las Vegas and Dubai, before closing in November.
