What is harder an Ironman or a 24 × 800 styles in the pool? Swimmers say

The portal myswimpro.com has published a survey asking that it would be harder to compete in an Ironman or 24 800 series.
An Ironman is composed of:
- 3, 8km of swimming
- 180 km of cycling
- 42,20 km of foot race
And they compared it to 24 x 800m styles, which is not a competition in itself, but many elite swimmers use it in their training and it consists of the following:
- 200 butterfly meter
- 200 meters back
- 200 m Braza
- 200 m Freestyle
