What can be done in Phase 3? How does it affect us athletes?

We review the measures established for Phase 3 of the de-escalation

The de-escalation plan that is being carried out in Spain is gradually lifting the various measures that have been imposed during the state of alarm.

All Andalusia  will pass to phase 3, including  Málaga  y Grenada, who had only been in phase 2 for a week.

The rest of the country will also be in the third phase (if we do not count 0). This has been confirmed this Friday by the Minister of Health, El Salvador Illa.

These are the most important mobility measures

  • It will be able to circulate through the province, island or territorial unit of reference, always respecting safety and hygiene measures, as well as maintaining the minimum safety distance of at least two meters, in groups of a maximum of 20 people, except in the case of people living together.
  • The Dmoving to another part of the national territory It can only be done for health, work, professional reasons or business, return to the place of family residence, assistance and care of the elderly, dependents or people with disabilities, cause of force majeure or situation of need.
  • There will be no time slot for no group
  • During the social contacts with non-cohabiting third parties and, especially with people from groups considered vulnerable, they should respect the safety and hygiene measures established by the health authorities: minimum safety distance of two meters, alternative physical protection measures if not possible, hand hygiene and respiratory label.
  • The shops can open with 50% of the total capacity guaranteeing a minimum distance of two meters between clients
  • The shopping centers and parks can only open to the public if the capacity of their common and recreational areas is limited to 40% and, in each of the establishments and loccommercial ales located in them, 50%.

ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS

Average training in federated non-professional leagues

  • Athletes integrated into participating clubs in federated non-professional leagues they can make medium type workouts, consisting of the exercise of individualized tasks of a physical and technical nature, as well as the carrying out of non-exhaustive tactical training aimed at the specific sport modality, in small groups of several athletes up to a maximum of 20, maintaining safety distances and avoiding physical contact.
  • Training tasks will be carried out whenever possible in turns, avoiding exceeding 50% of capacity that for athletes have the facility.
  • The technical personnel necessary to carry out the training sessions may attend the training sessions, but the media may not attend.
  •  They may be carried out technical work meetings with a maximum of 20 participants.
  • All the training sessions will not have the presence of auxiliary personnel, nor of props, reducing the staff of the training center to the minimum number sufficient to provide the service

Celebration of shows and sports activities

  • It can be done sports activity in groups of up to 20 people, without physical contact, and as long as 50% of the maximum permitted capacity is not exceeded
