Today Thursday 7 of July enters into international action on Mixed Triathlon Relay, with an eye toward the new medals to be distributed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

This mixed relay test has a great importance in the future of the Olympic classification and for this reason the ITU has included for the first time this season some World Series of this discipline starting with today's test in Nottingham, followed in July by Hamburg (which will also be the World Championship of the specialty) and ending in the WTS of Edmonton

In Nottingham, the team consists of Sara Perez, Anna Godoy, Cesc Godoy y Antonio Benito (replacing Antonio Serrat, injured in the Cagliari World Cup and who will try to recover for Sunday's test).

18 teams with 72 athletes, will take the exit to the 19: 36 (peninsular time) in a spectacular race in the eyes of the spectator and that can be followed live through Teledeporte.

The favorite teams are Great Britain, Australia, the United States or Canada.
