Richard Murray wins his first ITU race after his operation

The South African triathlete Richard Murray He has returned to the top of the podium in an ITU event after undergoing heart surgery last year.

It has been over sprint distance (750m, 18.3k, 5k) in the Sarasota-Bradenton American Cup where Murray was the fastest followed by Kevin Mcdowell and Daniel Dixon.

Murray has competed under the ITU flag as he is looking forward to competing this month with the The Netherlands,
