Robert Kallin and Laura Jansen win the Portocolom Triathlon

Today the 25th edition of the test has been held

Today is the 25th anniversary of the Portocolom Triathlon in a very special and emotional day in which 600 triathletes have participated.

In today's test the Swede robert callin has achieved his second consecutive victory in the 111 distance, and that of the Mallorcan Mario Mola at 55.5, while the German Laura jansen has been crowned the winner of the queen distance and the Balearic Anuchi Gago He has achieved victory in 55.5.

It has been a historic day for the Mallorcan triathlon with the dispute again in Portocolom (Felanitx) of the triathlon with more editions than those that have been organized in the Balearic Islands.

In the distance 'queen' of 111 (1 kilometer of swimming, 100 km of cycling and 10 of running) the young Swede Robert Kallin has managed to repeat the victory he already achieved in 2022 thanks to his strength in the cycling sector.

Although on this occasion the Mallorcan Carlos Oliver has made it very difficult for him, since he has even come to hunt him down in the foot race, cutting him the minute that the Swede had at the end of the second transition.

Finally, Kallin has crossed the finish line in 3h35:11, a couple of minutes ahead of Oliver.

The German Michael Kalb was third, 10 minutes behind the Swede. Joan Nadal from the Balearic Islands finished fifth.

In the female category there has been a complete podium of German triathletes. Laura Jansen,  Julia Skala and Rebecca Robisch have been dominating the race since practically the swim.

Robisch was the first to crown the hard and beautiful ascent to Sant Salvador, but a puncture prevented him from fighting for victory. Jansen and Skala have had a beautiful duel, but Jansen has asserted her power in the foot race to achieve her first victory in Portocolom crossing the finish line in 4h08: 03. Chloé Serra was the first Spaniard to finish (seventh).

In the distance 55.5 the Mallorcan Mario Mola, three times world triathlon champion, was also able to repeat his triumph from the last edition, leading the entire race undisputedly.

He stopped the clock in 1:49:18, even better than last year. Sebastià Gelabert and Jordi Perelló were second and third, respectively.

Anuchi Gago she crossed the finish line in 2:12:44 to take a well-deserved victory in the women's category. Laura Strack and Sara Jarillo completed the podium.
