Rubén Ruzafa will seek his fourth XTERRA world championship

This time it will be played in Europe not in Hawaii

This coming October 1st, after 25 years of being held in Maui (Hawaii), the XTERRA World Championship.

This year the championship has moved from Hawaii to Europe, on the shores of Lake Molveno (Italy), in the Dolomites

The competition will take place on the shores of Lake Molveno, surrounded by the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage site, where the best athletes in the world will meet fighting for the title.

The Spanish Rubén Ruzafa, 4 times ITU cross triathlon world champion and 3 times XTERRA world champion, and recent European Cross Triathlon Champion, he is one of the favorites for the title, but triathletes such as Arthur Serrieres,  Felix and Arthur Forissier o  Jens emil, chane o Kokar.

In the women's competition we will also have Maria Callejas, Spanish cross triathlon champion 2019, 5th in XTERRA Nouvelle Aquitaine and sixth in Scanno (Italy).

Schedule

The elite test will be held on Saturday, October 1, starting at 9:00 AM.
