Rubén Ruzafa will return to competition in the Spanish Cros Triathlon Championship

The Malaga triathlete Rubén Ruzafa, 3 times XTERRA world champion and 4 ITU Cros Triathlon Champion, has already chosen a race for the return to competition, the Spanish Championship of Triathlon Cros.

This test will be held in Almazán (Soria) on July 25 and it will be played over the distances:

• Swimming: 1 lap to a 1.000 meter circuit on the Douro river
• Bike: 1 lap to a circuit (A) of 5,5 km; plus 2 laps to a circuit (B) of 5,5 km; plus 1 lap to a circuit (A) of 5,5 km
• Career: 2 laps on a 3 km circuit

Ruben You have already defined part of your calendar for this 2020 where one of your goals will be the XTERRA European Championship que to be held in the Czech Republic in September

Last year Rubén was European Champion of the modality, silver in the world Pontevedra and third in the XTERRA World Championship.
