Rubén Ruzafa returns to the "wheel" in the XTERRA Short Track Italia
The triple world champion XTERRA Rubén Ruzafa will compete again in the franchise tomorrow Saturday at the XTERRA Short Track Italy.
In the test, some of the best triathletes in Europe in the specialty will be together with Ruzafa, Arthur Serrieres, European champion 20219 o Arthur Forissier, 2019 ITU World Champion
In the female category we have the presence of the Spanish Maria Calleja, where they will also be as favorites Sandra Mairhofer , Martha Menditto, Eleanora Peroncini, Carina Wasle o Loanne Duvoisin among others.
The test in Short-Track format
The course consists of a two-lap 400m swim with an Australian start, a highly technical 7,5km four-lap cycling circuit and a 2,6km two-lap foot race
The 2021 XTERRA Short Track series will feature events in Italy, the Czech Republic, Germany and France.
A spectacular format
The biggest advantage of this format is that athletes do multiple laps on a very tight circuit, making it perfect for live television coverage.
