Hayden Wilde wins the 2025 Abu Dhabi World Series

The World Triathlon Series has returned to Abu Dhabi with an atmosphere full of competition and rigor.
After the women's event, where the predictions were fulfilled with the victory of Lisa Terch.
Shortly after, the men's race was held with a very close finish with a head-to-head between Hayden Wilde y Matthew Hauser.
The first to get out of the water was Matthew Hauser (00:07:59), followed by several rivals within a 9 second margin.
Among the top ten were Henry Graff, Miguel Hidalgo, Ben Dijkstra y Hayden Wilde, all of them with small differences that marked a very even start.
The group remained compact as they entered the 20-kilometer cycling section, where several units eventually joined together to form a block of 23 triathletes, with Savage pulling hard and Roberto Sánchez Mantecón at the tail of the group 11 seconds behind entering T2.
In the 5-kilometer run, the battle was between Hauser and Wilde, with the duel resolved 400 meters from the finish line.
Launching his final attack, Wilde took the lead to secure the win. Ultimately, victory went to Hayden Wilde (00:48:21), followed by Matthew Hauser (00:48:23) and Basque Vilaca (00: 48: 39).
Within the Top 10, the Spanish stand out Roberto Sánchez Mantecón in seventh position and David Cantero Del Campo in ninth, demonstrating a remarkable performance on a day marked by heat and strong competition. Antonio Serrat finished in 18th position.
