The T100 Triathlon World Tour lands in Ibiza with the best triathletes in the world
This weekend, the island of Ibiza will once again become the centre of international triathlon with the arrival of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, a high-level circuit that distributes More than $7.000.000 in prizes and has already passed through cities such as Miami, Singapore, San Francisco and London.
On this occasion, the best triathletes in the world will face 100 km of pure competition: 2 km of swimming, 80 km of cycling and 18 km of running.
T100 Triathlon World Tour
The T100 Triathlon World Tour is a series of seven 100km races spread throughout the year, where athletes compete not only for individual victory, but also to score points for the final world championship classification.
Ibiza is the fifth stop on the circuit, before Las Vegas and the grand finale in Dubai. Each race distributes $250.000 in prize money, rewarding not only the winners, but also those who manage to compete at the highest level.
In the current standings, the Dane Magnus ditlev leads the men's category, while the Australian Ashleigh Gentle The women's team leads the field, with both teams being favourites to win the final in Dubai, where the winners will receive $210.000.
Spanish Participation and Outstanding Athletes
Among the most anticipated participants are the Spanish Javi Gómez Noya, one of the most iconic triathletes on the international scene, Sara Pérez Sala y Antonio Benito, World Long Distance Champion.
These athletes will compete alongside international figures such as Alistair Brownlee, Sam Laidlow, Anne Haug, Lucy Charles-Barclay.

The departure times are set for Saturday 28 September, with the men's category starting at 08:00 and the women's at 10:30 from Playa Ses Figueretes.
On Sunday, the event will continue with the Spanish Middle and Long Distance Championship, as well as the Ibiza T100 Age Groups.
Next Stages of the T100 Triathlon World Tour
Following the stop in Ibiza, this circuit will move to Las Vegas in October and culminate in Dubai in November, where the champion of the T100 Triathlon World Tour will be decided.
