La Club La Santa 4 Stage MTB Race Lanzarote is postponed
The epidemiological situation on the island has forced this decision
The XVII Club La Santa 4 Stage Mountain Bike Race Lanzarote, whose celebration was scheduled between January 23 and 26, 2021, has been postponed.
In recent months, the organization has been working intensely and with the utmost enthusiasm to be able to offer a unique experience in this historic event in a year with exceptional circumstances.
In this sense, his priority has been guarantee maximum security for all participants at all times in the test, and therefore our own protocols were developed to ensure that your experience was safe.
Lanzarote on alert level 2
The Canary Islands Health Service has issued a resolution by which the In-person sporting events may only be held on islands that are at alert level 1.
The epidemiological situation on the island of Lanzarote has worsened in recent days, reaching alert level 2 at least until next January 24.
Therefore, and maintaining our firm commitment to prioritize the health of all athletes, the organization has been forced to make this decision to postpone the test.
They continue to work hand in hand with the authorities to define, as soon as possible, the new dates of the event for 2021.
