Thomas Rodriguez Hernandez, winner of the North American Championship at the IRONMAN in Texas, has accepted a two-year suspension imposed by World Triathlon, after testing positive in an anti-doping control for the prohibited substance clomiphene.
The International Testing Agency (ITA) announced the sanction on September 13, stating that Rodriguez Hernandez accepted the violation of anti-doping rules and the consequences set by the ITA, which include a two-year suspension, in force from June 6, 2024 to June 5, 2026.
