Three Spaniards in the African Cup

The 2012 sprint triathlon season is warming up in South Africa as the ITU Sprint Triathlon Africa Cup will be held this weekend in Cape Town.

Ramón Ejeda, Antón Ruanova and Pedro Miguel Reig will compete in this test.

The men's start will take place at 7:00 local time on Sunday, February 19, followed by the women's start 5 minutes later.

This race will consist of 750m of swimming followed by a 20-kilometer cycling sector, ending the test with a foot race on a 5-km circuit
