A spectacular appointment that this year will celebrate its fourth edition having limited access to the test to only 200 participants due to its particular format.
In this way, the test will start at your own Medes Islands, the triathletes will be transferred with the boat NAUTILUS from the Puerto Náutico de l'Estartit to the natural park of the Medes Islands, where the departure will take place.
A total of 1.800 linear meters for this spectacular Catalan coast will be those who have to travel to get to the beach and make their transition to continue with 24 km in the mtb segment.
A route of 24 km that can be completely circulated through different natural sites typical of the Emporad area and of medium difficulty - high - the triathletes will travel in a fully marked area to finish with a 13 km race on foot through the Montgrí natural park where you will also find the finish line of this spectacular TRIATLON TRAIL MEDES-MONTGRI.
