"The commitment of the Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca for sport is very strong and could not be absent from this event", Explain Elena Coll, the manager of the foundation.

"These types of actions that help to de-seasonalize and make Menorca known in another way are a priority because they also benefit local companies that make the effort to keep it open out of season”, Concludes Coll.

Guiem Bosch, for his part, he welcomes the level rise that the event has experienced. "The fact that the Triatlô Olímpic Son Bou grants a place for the Spanish distance championship has served as a claim for some of the best triathletes in the Balearic Islands and shows the potential that the competition has”, Explains the organizer.
