"I had a mishap on the bike, on the descents the brakes did not work well and I had to go slowly and this has taken away all the options. Even though it was the longest race I have ever, almost 6 hours of competition, I felt very good. Now I am tired and I would not repeat, but of course my shin remains nailed by the mishap ... when I recover it is likely that I will consider improving the brand again this year since, despite its toughness, the setting and the atmosphere it's spectacularr "told us Pakillo on the finish line

The third Spanish to enter the goal was Alberto Bravo, in a great tenth position.

Triathlon Alpe d'Huez sum in this ninth edition two names on the podium, the Australian Todd Skipworth and the Scottish triathlete Catriona Morrison in a test that has had a great level both in participation.
