Bruno Pais and Alice Hector win the Lisbon International Triathlon

1.100 triathletes participated in this tenth edition.

On the morning of Saturday, the ninth edition of the Lisbon International Triathlon where Bruno Country, winner of last year in Olympic distance has been imposed in the middle distance test.

Bruno, who has always stood out in Olympic distance, has taken a quality leap with this victory where he has invested 3:51:19, in second place came the also Portuguese Duarte Marques (3: 56: 38) and in third position José Estrangeiro (4: 00: 45 :). In the female category the Scottish won Alice Hector (4: 19: 31 hours) followed by the French Isabelle Ferrer, winner in 2011 with a time of 4: 21: 20 and in third position the Portuguese arrived Vanessa Pereira winner in 2013 with a time of 4: 27.14.

In the Olympic test, the call "Battle of Sexes"the winner was the British Jacqui phillips (2: 17: 43), followed by its compratiota Samantha anderson (2: 22: 25) and in third position David gorley with a final time of 2: 23: 29. Alberto Suarez Carrio was the first Spanish in 4º position

Triathlon of Lisbon has remained as a reference test in Spain where in the 2014 has had an 40% of Spanish participation.
